WHAT DOES THE INSPECTION INVOLVE?

A NYC Licensed Master Plumber must perform the Gas piping inspections. The Plumber will examine public gas piping and use the combustible gas indicator to detect if there are any leaks in the system. They will then provide a certificate of inspection, which must be submitted to the DOB within 60 days from the date of inspection.
